Hi, im sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with posting a topic to a particular server.
Which server do you mean when you say “that” server? While i agree with @Usnul in general, there is also a possibility that you are actually not allowed to post a topic to the particular server that you’re referring to. It could be just you, it could be several people but it could also be that the server is closed to posting topics in general, in which case it would not be related to you, and no amount of putting your mind to it will help
