Three.js strange light artefacts

Hello everyone, I’m getting some strange lighting artefacts. I’m attaching a DirectionalLight to the camera, so it moves along with it. However I see strange goosebump-like artefact, it is also moving with the camera. How can I get rid of it?

Same happens with PointLight. I has a tendency to appear on high zoom levels.
