Your glTF asset is 85 MB big. This is way too much for web applications.
Have you tried one of the following tools to optimize your glTF asset?
Applying optimizations might not be sufficient when the model was designed/created with wrong objectives. Meaning it’s probably best to simplify the model in Blender or a different tool before exporting to glTF.
