We’re looking for a Creative Developer with Three.js / WebGL experience to join our team at Eskimi.

This role focuses on building interactive, high-performance 3D ad experiences for global brands.

What you’ll work on:

  • Interactive rich media ads (3D, gamified formats)

  • Real-time WebGL / Three.js experiences

  • Animation-heavy UI (GSAP or similar)

  • Optimizing 3D assets (GLB / glTF) for performance

Requirements:

  • Experience or strong interest in Three.js / WebGL

  • Solid JavaScript (React is a plus)

  • Experience building interactive / visual web projects

  • Understanding of performance optimization

Nice to have:

  • GSAP / animation libraries

  • Experience with advertising / creative tech

  • Basic Blender or working with 3D assets

Offer:

  • up to $3,300/month (B2B contract)

This looks interesting. I work mainly on real time 3D platforms and interactive systems using Three.js, focusing on performance heavy scenes, interaction systems, and large scale environments.

A lot of my work involves scene optimization, asset streaming, and building interactive WebGL experiences that can run across devices. I also work with glTF pipelines and real time rendering workflows.

Outside visualization I have also been developing an electronic cash architecture designed for offline transactions where connectivity cannot be assumed. It is integrated with many of my virtual world and 3D platform projects to support virtual commerce and digital ownership inside interactive environments.

The system is designed as a fully private store of digital value where transactions can occur peer to peer without external observation, making it suitable for isolated environments, virtual economies, and situations where traditional financial infrastructure is unavailable.
