Glb animation with custom mesh movement

Hello to everyone,
I have a model with one iddle animation, everything work well.
Before playing this iddle animation of the mesh I am trying to create one reverse-explode effect of each mesh composing the model. On scroll the mesh is assembled, when this animation is over, i will play the iddle animation.

I just can’t move the different meshs of the model to create the “reverse explode”, skinned mesh dont move, has anyone ever achieved this type of effect?
