We are working on a 3D world kind of like Secondlife and Opensim… Only about a week into it, but I can’t express how thankful I am for the people on this forum. It’s coming along a lot quicker than I expected. 
This is using Socket.io for communications. It has avatar characters that move around, chat, and a shared building interface. I’m hoping by the end of the week it will be far enough along that it will be fun to check out and play around with .
