Where is the play button and publish button in Editor`s menu?

Hi everyone! I am super new to threejs and I am following Nik Lever youtube threejs course to study this great project. It`s about the the section of learning “The ThreeJS Editor”, I cannot find the “play” button after writing rotate script for Earth. I cannot find the publish submenu under File neither.

Since the video is recorded with r117, the current version is r163. Are these “play” and “publish” buttons moved to other places, or just been deleted?

OK, I find them under project side bar.
