To explain my goals and the desired functionality - with respect what you did already -
it would be could to have 2 days initially. I would do the trip for that.
I have a good prototype to demonstrate (React, three.js based); with source code.
We would be three persons (team): me as architect and owner of the project supportedby an employee with excellent IT Know-How for installing things at us etc. And you.
This means: fast decissions, I know what I want, but beeing open what you would suggestin addition to my goals, objectives/ideas, plans, aktivities.
After initial step (a), if we matchโฆ , remote work and review by teams is OK.
