Sketchfab produces the same visual result.

But Blender looks okay:

Can you try to convert the model to glTF with the following tool and check if the visual output becomes better?

I’m trying, but the download of the.exe app doesn’t work on my computer, just flash back

It’s a command line application, you can’t open it directly. You’ll find plenty of tutorials on how to run these if you do a google search.
