Startup Founder — a Three.js game with a walkable apartment and an HTML laptop interface

In Startup Founder, you walk around a Madrid apartment and sit down at a laptop to build a company. Opening the laptop brings up an HTML/CSS interface over the Three.js scene.

I’m the developer. The project was built with help from GPT-6 and Fable 5.1.

The furniture is assembled from boxes, cylinders and spheres. Repeated geometries are cached and reused; wood and fabric textures are generated with canvas. The business simulation is separate TypeScript code, with progress saved in localStorage. Music and ambience use Web Audio synthesis.

Desktop only for now, with a keyboard and mouse. Mobile isn’t supported yet. WASD to move, E to interact, Tab for the laptop. The first goal is to ship an MVP. It’s an early playable version, with balancing and polish still to do.

The screenshots below show the apartment and the product screen from a new game.
