R146 Editor - Scene Background add backgroundBlurriness in not rendering on Play

I am selecting equirect from the list and then adjusting the blur but the blur only works in the workspace and does not render on Play.

There is a minor issue in Scene.toJSON() and the editor. Will be fixed with r149:

Scene: Fix serialization of background properties.
