Optimal parameters to get high definition GLB file

Hello, I’m working in a human like model built in Blender. The output is a GLB file which I’m importing in ThreeJS with React-Fiber.

I added HDR, lights and camera position, but I’m still not satisfaced with the result, the model is very far from the Blender output, and I know that is not possible to get exactly the same but something very accurate can be possible.

Any ideas what I can add to my model?

right, how does it look in blender? what’s the desired outcome? do you know how to bake?
