Not bad. But on my taste is too bright, I mean the contrast between the near and far is too small. I would give a dark sky and a big accent of neons, and a lot of bloom. Notice how they did it in Cyberpunk.

Well i also want run it on right fps, but For sharp edge and to remove pixel effect, i am using pixelRatio 3 which causes show rendering. If any solution,please tell.
