I came across this site. It literally has nothing on the page just one card with smooth watery animation on mouseover. Tells so much of things and had me wondering how do I actually code this?

I would really appreciate every help on this post.

the keywords to search for are “fluid simulation”. you can find things like this and study their code, or maybe utube videos explaining how to do this.
