Senior Frontend Engineer (Three.js)
Who we are looking for:
LavaMap is seeking a talented engineer to build and scale our 3D web-client. This role requires experience with complex serverless cloud functions and creating complex web apps/sites.
The ideal candidate would have experience writing complex serverless backend code and have a knack for UI/UX pertaining to 3D web applications.
Responsibilities include:

Implement back-end serverless functions

Ensure back-end is secure and scalable

Implement new UI designs/features

Work closely with existing front-end engineer

Writing well-documented, well-tested code
Requirements:

5+ years experience with full stack web development

Fluent in Node.js
-
Fluent in React
-
Experience with Firebase: Firestore, Auth, Callable Cloud Functions, Storage, Custom Analytics, A/B Testing, Remote Config

Experience with AWS hosting solutions CloudFront/EBS/EC2

Proven track record building full stack responsive web applications (more than basic CRUD operations)
Pluses:

Google Certified

Experience with 3D programming, such as Three.js
