I am very confused by the job posts here. I often see ads that clearly state that the roles are on site in the US, yet it seems that all of the public replies in the threads are from people not based in the US. Do people expect sponsorship? That takes a long time usually and happens only at specific time of year.
I also find the whole public application thing weird. Why does everyone need to know that you applied for a job?
