I have a platform for just such solutions. The features of AR vary slightly from iOS to Android.
In our room planner on iPad/iPhone, you can decide whether to see a single item, a pre-positioned array of objects, or using the nested .usdz feature, you can have a group of products that you then place manually in AR.
The backend it based on our trinityjs server. Here you can add models and materials, decide which accessories to make available to which products, control webshop integration, etc, etc.
