It is nice but there are inconsistencies with it some sectrions are really well done some look like were made by a beginner, fraknly I see this more often since AI is used… dose not feel right evern thouh some sections are amazing overall dose not feel right… I am doing this since 2000 so I have an eye for this tings, robably a normaol user will not notice it.

I feel that the experience section hand scene is dry and need more work, but I didn’t find suitable idea to use there, do you have suggestion you can help me with?

Look into awards.com do a search for your nich and get some inspiration from there but keep your style is important, whatever you do don’t make if feel like AI everybody hates it now 
Not really I think you shuld find your way to do it right, as I said get some insipiration from https://www.awwwards.com/ there are a lot of really good ideas that you can get some inspiration.
