Maybe you can make more clear what exactly is troubling you? Seems for the most part quite standard features that have been used.

I am a 3D Modeler and Designer, I would like to make a 3D interior model (as my own website),
and I would like to display samples of my projects on the walls.
My question is what tools and steps should I follow in order to let the clients visit my website and show my previous work by walking to each project by using the keyboard arrows or the VR headset. Like the walk-through techniques used in this website https://www.thenext.gallery/

Why don’t you just start with the code one of the VR examples, like three.js examples (threejs.org), load your ‘hall’ model in the scene, make sure there is a light inside, and then load your Design models and position them at the desired locations?
