There isn’t really one best tool, it depends on what you need. For quick 3D concepts, tools like Kaedim can turn 2D art into 3D models. Point·E and DreamFusion are good for generating 3D shapes from text prompts. Blender with AI plugins is great if you want to refine or clean up models. If you want production-ready assets, you’ll probably still need traditional modeling software like Blender, Maya, or ZBrush, but AI tools are awesome for brainstorming and prototypes.
