Your work reminds me of a project that I did with one of my students – a collection of configurable and reusable 3D assets. Actually, he did most of the models, I made only 4 of them.

A general feedback for your project - make individual objects as standalone objects so it is easy to construct more complex furniture configurations; in some places you have z-fighting, which may turn off your clients; define good uvs in case users want to add textures.

As of AI, I cannot be of any help. Usually in terms of software, I go completely ailess (i.e. AI-less). I use AI only for supplementary assistance, like error proofing or searching the web with vaguely defined criteria.
