VideoTexture Stopped playing video and got stuck at a frame. But current time was increasing

Frames of the video stopped when i switch the tab on mobile device or closed and reopened browser from recent apps. This is noticed in android/ Iphones/ Ipads and other mobile devices also. Is there any way to solve the issue ?
