Beautiful! The motion of clothes and the glasses are captivating. Would it be difficult to also morph the lips?

It depends on why you want to move your lips. If it’s because of speed / wind, I would move vertices via vertex shader on that area. Otherwise, for more complex facial expressions, I would use bones, but I have to admit I’ve never done that so I don’t know if it would be easy or not
