Three.js | React Three Fiber | Need to create a sonic boom effect

I used some code for webgl clouds and modified it to create a ring like structure which might help in creating a sonic boom effect.

as of now the implementation shows the below result.

Can someone guide me with this, i think i might need to trash my current implementation.
