Welcome to the forum. three.js is quite fun and is a powerful tool also. I understand how you’d feel it to be useful to be tutored, and the money that you offer is quite reasonable too. The issue is: three.js is a fairly new technology, and it has evolved quite rapidly, what was true 3 years ago about the library is no longer valid.
I would venture to say that there are very few experts out there, compared to many other, older technologies. And most of those who are experts are active developers, for whom your reasonable offer will not be as attractive. I don’t mean to say that there aren’t many skilled individuals here, just that you might be better served reading a book or making targeted offers towards specific individuals.
