Model looks amazing in Sketchfab, but white/black in Three.js (not missing env map)

Here’s beautiful bathroom on Sketchfab:

However, when I try to import the FBX model (that’s the file supplied by the user to Sketchfab), or the GLTF model (generated by Sketchfab), it looks like this the following, here is the same bathtub:

Do we need to do something besides simply using fbxModel.load()?

Importing the glb into the editor with linear tone mapping and exposure set to 2:

Sidenote: The rendering at Sketchfab looks broken on my macMini. There seems to be something wrong with their post processing:
