I’ve developed a generative 3D tool designed to solve a major bottleneck in the metal fabrication industry: closing the gap between understanding designs and accurate production quotes.

The Problem: Traditional manual quoting for custom extruded profiles is hard to describe in flat drawings and prone to dimensional errors.

  • Automated Pipeline: Captures geometric data directly from the scene and pushes it to a PHP/ERP backend, eliminating manual data entry for quoting.

Technical Focus: Built with Three.js for performance, focusing on custom buffer geometries to handle complex profile extrusions and data interpretation for production-ready output.
