the project is converting a 2D floor plan model into 3D floor plan model.
the meaning is to build the walls, windows, doors etc so it will be realistic and in the end it will be hosted in three js.
Sketchup and Blender know how to do it automatically (maybe a few clicks to mark the walls in case the input was not good enough)
