Hello, I am building a 3d football (soccer) stadium mini game where you have a overview from the sky over your football club. On the ground of your club you have different building to upgrade. Also you can create up to three rings for stadium expansion. My goal is to give the player a lot of fun upgrades for his football club.

Today wanted to release one update but decided I cant go out with 36 degrees Celcius and decided to work a whole day on the stadium builder.
Added a lot of new models and upgrade options in first update completion. But after being locked up for two days I decided to give the project a push and create a big second update adding 9 new models and 12 upgrades.
I also got to time to rework lightening and fog, and overhauled the whole UI. The latest version compared to just a few versions ago is motivating and promising

A big step forward, this one will focus on more realistic scene with lightening and fog adjustments en menu improvements. Plan to add water in later updates too.

Latest updates:
- Multiple languages now available.
- Added medical and support center building and upgrades.
- Added parking garages upgrades.
- Added a better supporters home and upgrade variants and moved it to new location.
- UI camera improvements.
- Added sun and shadows.
- Reworked mist so the scene becomes more bright.
- Every upgrade got a unique description and properties, need more polishment
Still working on final stadium models, they are not finished yet forgive me for bugs in stadium builder, this will come in a new 1.8 update in Juli
But I hope you enjoyed watching, i am really proud of the result so far and I have long term and short term goals planned in this post Always have a lot of fun working with ThreeJS. I will give more project info, at this moment I need to work on stadium models, lightening, and water and road paths models to give the environment a better view.

Started working on stadium and training complex models, funny enough I spend the least of my time on these models, as you can see 
Also improving aspect ratios from now on…
Want to work on a river and a lake.

@viking1972 Good one! Now starting to work on your suggestion:
“make something similar when users select the various sections for spectators like Long sides => East Stand, West Stand or Both Sides in Stadium menu.”
Also planning highlighting or a big arrow pointing the the object the user is upgrading/editing.
- I reserved more space fot training complex, want to add more models so it starts to look like a real training ground. I do not like current models, and there are to few upgrades.
- So huge upgrade to training field area planned.
Long term goals
- Better and more stadium models, more variation
- Better stadium aspect ratio
Always something to do right “Almost finished” should be my middle name!

This mini football stadium builder game, will be part of my main game Football Club Builder that is now available for wish list on steam, with a planned demo for the full game in august 2026. Around September/October after further polishing the the full game, I will release a early access version of this community driven soccer/football manager game.
Somewhere in September I will release the game and as a tribute will put ThreeJS and other opensource projects helping mee as advertising boards in the stadiums
