Flowing Light in ThreeJS

Hello great community, is there any idea of implementing this flowing light with a good performance in ThreeJS

UnrealBloomPass selectively applied to the geometry of a curve maybe?

Maybe UnrealBloomPass will work later, what I need is to make a geometry flow in the scene but the nature of the texture of this geometry is light and it has some flow field from behind.
