The ARM Mali-T860 MP4 supports OpenGL ES 3.1, OpenCL 1.2 and DirectX 11.1.
Will three.js run within Linux, with this T860 GPU ?
I would say so. WebGL is a subset of OpenGL ES 2.0, so anything that supports that should support WebGL.
