Found there is no e-commerce that sells experience so we build one
That’s a really interesting direction, “no e-commerce that sells experience” is a strong concept.
Feels like you’re pushing beyond just product browsing into something closer to a world people can explore. The “earth 2047” angle also gives it a narrative layer, which already sets it apart from typical 3D storefronts that are just glorified product viewers.
Curious how you’re handling the balance between immersion and usability though. A lot of these experiences look amazing, but users can get lost if navigation or product discovery isn’t super intuitive. Did you design it more like a guided journey or a free-roam environment?
Also interested in how products are integrated into the scene. Are they part of the world itself like diegetic objects, or do you switch into a more traditional UI when interacting with them?
From a technical side, would be cool to know how you’re managing performance, especially with shaders and post-processing in a marketplace context where load times and smooth interaction really matter.
Overall, really like the ambition here. If you get the UX right, this kind of approach could genuinely make browsing feel memorable instead of transactional.
