Hi everyone.

I’m sharing my latest interactive portfolio source code. The project is a scroll-based 3D experience built with Next.js 15, R3F, and Theatre.js.

Design Awards Winner Oct/2025

My main goal was to avoid the common “tech demo” trap where 3D sites break on mobile. I focused heavily on optimization (Draco compression, texture management) to ensure 60FPS on mid-range devices.
