Add glow effect to particles (and possibly after image too)

I am looking for someone more capable/knowledgeable than me to achieve the following on an already working codebase (all is needed is listed below), using latest three.js r107

  1. Add glow to particles inside the cuboids
  2. Cuboids to not be glowing
  3. Glow needs to be in the particle’s color

Final result to be something along the lines of the following:
