A Gltf file with skinning ruins the model

I exported a 3d model from blender in gltf, and I want to animate it from code with skeleton, therefore I included the skeleton as well, but here is the result:

the bones seems to be correct, but the mesh is crashed.
Without skeleton it’s working, but useless for animation:

I know that the problem has to be in the model, but I just wonder if someone had similar experience, and could solve the issue.

The exporter is bugged, still in beta and not advised for production.
