3D models conversion GLB <-> FBX <-> OBJ

I have an interface wherein a user can upload a 3D model in either GLB, FBX or OBJ.

Once uploaded, other users can download the model in different formats (FBX or OBJ).

What can be the solution here as in to convert the GLB to a FBX etc?
Are there any limitations such as FBX cannot be be converted to GLB?

FBX should be convertable to GLTF / GLB - but not necessarily the other way around. Iirc FBX doesn’t support PBR materials, while GLTF does (and OBJ doesn’t support anything :smiling_face_with_tear:.)
