Googled sap ui5 visual compare but doesn’t bring up many useful results - what do you mean by visual compare of models? Just 2 side-by-side renderings?

Ah, three-bvh-csg may be what you’re looking for - just a double difference operator should render what you’ve shared on the screenshot.
