I want to submit my project www.iariv.com. This is a web app for uploading 360 images and create virtual tours. I have created this website using three.js. I am very much grateful to three.js for providing the functionality of 3d Virtual Objects. I would like to invite any suggestions or feedback

You can improve your project by incorporating the threejs skybox switching
You could use the existing THREEjs virtual tours, much easier to start with.

The version you saw before is actually an older build and it loads slower now. When it was first deployed it was running much faster, but some of the hosted assets and configs changed over time which affected the loading. The newer builds are more optimized and load much smoother.
I am actually working on a virtual tour as well I will share when is done different that what you have done!
One things that I don’t like are the images they have a bad quality on high resolution maybe is best to use 8k images just a thought
