VideoTexture not working in macOS Safari 15

Hi All,

Official example showcasing webcam does not work on latest Safari 15.0.
https://threejs.org/examples/?q=webcam#webgl_materials_video_webcam

This is with/without Webgl 2 support enabled. Three js version used is 0.133.1.
