Smooth scene transitions in tour 360

How can I make a 360 tour with such smooth transitions? I do not know what to do. Here is a website I came across. I don’t know how they did it. Please help me. Thanks.

you need to crossfade either your shader materials with two texture slots and lerp the textures.
Or preload a second mesh rendering order over the other and alpha up down it
