Position coordinates different for each model

I have a scene loaded from Blender that contains a large amount of objects. For some of the objects when moving their position for example y coordinate = 3 is different if I use the same function on another object, this object will just shoot up more than by 3. The model hasn’t been scaled at all. Any advice on resolving this issue.

I’ve attached some images that show the current issue that I am having. Moving positions of objects seems to be scaled up for some?

Fixed, turned out to be a Blender issue. Had to apply rotation and scale to the other objects.
