Need help emulating a tutorial to personal website

I am looking to emulate this tutorial for a custom model I got someone to create in blender which can be found [here](s3://akportfoliofiles/Moji 2.glb)

I want the head in the model eyes to follow the cursor and play animations on click.

I am looking for someone to collaborate with on this.
