I have been working on my portfolio site for a couple of months and it’s finally ready! I’m pretty proud of how it turned out! It is mainly built with react-three-fiber
and framer-motion
for animations.
You can view it live here: https://nhtoby.com
To make sure some low-end devices can run this website , without sacrificing on the high-end ones, I hacked together a benchmark mechanic to automatically set up a suitable graphics level on user first visit the site. It works quite alright!
Interested in what you guys think about it!
Also, I will share more insight about how the site is made, and many other WebGL experiments on my Twitter: https://twitter.com/nhtoby311
