Is the module still active, THREE.BAS.ShaderChunk?

Is the module (THREE.BAS) still active for Three.js?

I found a few amazing examples online but, it seems only applied to the earlier versions of Three.js.


The last release was four years ago so I would say no.

Sidenote: The approach of the library (extending build-in materials by updating their shaders) is highly fragile. When three.js changes the shader code of its internal materials, the assumptions of the library are not necessarily true anymore. So THREE.BAS has to verify for each three.js release if the shader patching is still valid.
