How to use Transparent

I have using application for building Room’s when I put door on wall than Transparent Property in door Not Working and behind the door others wall also get Transparent.

Please Help to solve this Problem.

You have to understand that it is way more likely to solve this issue if you provide a live demo for debugging. There are tons of reasons for transparency/render order problems. Screenshots are not really helpful in this context.
