How to create the mesh from webgl_buffergeometry_drawrange 2 in C4D?

Hello guys, I am a really super beginner in threejs and as I looked through the examples in the website, i found this:

I am good at 3d modelling in blender and C4D so i was thinking if I could make my 3D object- in a mesh geometry just like the one showing in the above link. If yes, can explain how should i do it? I think the answer is really simple is just that I do not know where to start at all. Help me please thank you :")
