The Swiss based EPFL Blue Brain Project (BBP) is looking for a developer with hands-on command on three.js, WebGL, React to work on building next generation of web based interactive 3D rendering, exploration and visualisation of scientific datasets through 3D brain atlases.

See previous effort on 3D rendering of cellular composition of the mouse brain (brain region meshes, 3D positions of all neurons and glia in all 737 areas): CellAtlas.
