FBX Cross Fade animation distorting

Hello. Can you help me?

I’m trying to use the function crossFadeTo() with FBX model but when I call the function it seems that mesh or skeleton (I don’t know) loses the reference of rotation.

The model is playing animation “Hello”. When I crossfade it to “Idle”, the hand goes back same in the pic.
