Failed installation, from CDN

I followed the installation instructions carefully (this site, using CDN), but the following HTML still fails and generate these error messages.

Uncaught TypeError: Failed to resolve module specifier “three”. Relative references must start with either “/”, “./”, or “…/”.

I wonder why … How to solve it? Please help.
