I replaced the youtube CSS3D wirh a website but now i could not click any buttons or interact with the website, is there a way to make this work?
Yeah.. it’s probably your own event listeners stealing the events. You have to make sure that your listeners fall through, if the event.target isn’t their own element (like the canvas)
If you’re using orbitcontrols or fpscontrols, they may also need to have .enabled = false when you get a mouseout event.
The other thing that blocks clicks, even when your own listeners fall through, is the CSS3D layer. Examples often set pointer-events to none on the CSS3DRenderer element so the WebGL canvas keeps the drag, and that also kills clicks inside the iframe. Set pointer-events to auto on the element you want to use, and when the pointer goes down on it set the controls enabled flag to false, then turn it back on when the pointer leaves. If the WebGL canvas is stacked above the CSS renderer in the page, move the CSS renderer element after the canvas or the hit never reaches the site.
